Lord Byron Freebase had a childhood which included faith healers, membership in a black baptist church, moving frequently, being raised by two, then one parent(s), He was given my first guitar, an acoustic, by his father’s girlfriend, which was soon replaced by a cheap electric.  It wasn’t until after he graduated high school and moved away from home that he started his real education. Through a drug casualty friend named Wild Bill from the neighborhood he started hanging out with the area punks, anarchists, and various miscreants, which led him to the punk houses like the Dyke House, the Hardcore Hotel, and the Fort, where he met Kevyn Kasualty, who shortly thereafter ended up needing a bass player. He bought a cheap p-bass knockoff and the rest is filthy punk rock history.
